From the moment I walked into Arq Supply, I felt like I was in good hands. The entire experience was incredibly thoughtful from the layout of the space to the way the team welcomes you in. I was lucky to be guided by Guillermo, who truly elevated my visit. He took the time to listen to the vision for my project, asked the right questions, and genuinely cared about helping me stay within my budget without compromising on style or quality. I never felt rushed or pressured; instead, I felt like I was collaborating with someone who was both patient and insightful. Guillermo walked me through different tile options, explained the pros and cons, and even helped me visualize how they would work in my space. His ability to balance aesthetics with functionality was exactly what I needed. He offered ideas I hadn’t even considered and helped me make confident decisions especially when I felt overwhelmed by the variety. I left not only with the perfect tiles for my kitchen and bathroom but with the sense that I had been part of a creative process. If you’re looking for professional guidance, transparency, and great design taste, this is the place to go. Highly recommend asking for Guillermo!

Excelente atención, nos asesoraron en el proceso, mostraron muchas imágenes de las diferentes instalaciones de cada pieza, y dieron muestras de las piezas para llevar al sitio de construcción.
